G. Proulx Building Products is seeking two reliable Class A CDL Drivers/Steel Haulers for their Fort Lauderdale location. The average workweek is approximately 60 hours. Time and a half is paid after 40 hours. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Steel Hauler Job Responsibilities:
- Drive either a steel hauler or a tractor-trailer
- Deliver rebar and other heavy building materials
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively with dispatch
- Perform both a pre-trip and post-trip inspection of the truck
- Pick up goods and materials and verify loads as instructed
- Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
Driver/Steel Hauler Skills & Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and background check
- Able to pass random drug and alcohol tests
- Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and driving practices
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, and good time management skills
Driver/Steel Hauler Job Requirements:
- 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from an accredited CDL school
- At least one year of commercial driving experience
- At least one year of experience operating a Moffett
