QIC Corp is hiring dependable and motivated FedEx Delivery Drivers to serve residential and commercial customers throughout the Western Shawnee and Lenexa, KS area. Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Pay Increase: $22.00 per hour after 60 days upon meeting performance expectations
- $250 Sign-On Bonus
- Monthly & Annual Safety Bonuses for the full duration of employment

QIC Corporation offers both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with scheduling options designed to fit your lifestyle.
Choose from:
- Monday–Friday schedules
- Weekend-only schedules
- or a split week, your choice!
- Custom schedules based on your availability
- Part-Time availability too for a Substitute driver opportunity for vacation and sick-day coverage
Whether you're a firefighter working a 24-on/48-off rotation or a student with schedules changing, we can accommodate your non-traditional work schedule; or simply want additional income on your days off, we'll work with you!
You can:
- Work as few as 4 days per month or FT (no layoffs)
- Pick up additional shifts when available
- Build a customized schedule
- Transition from Part-Time into a Full-Time role if desired
Position Responsibilities
- Safely operate FedEx delivery vehicles
- Deliver packages to residential and business customers throughout Western Shawnee and Lenexa, KS
- Use GPS navigation and delivery technology
- Provide reliable and professional customer service
- Follow all FedEx and DOT safety procedures

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- No CDL required
- Must pass: Background check, DOT physical (paid by employer), Drug screening (including marijuana; no marijuana prescriptions accepted)
- No DUI convictions
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English as required by FMCSA regulations
- Must be reliable and committed to long-term employment
