Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of services to our clients. Your expertise and knowledge in various esthetic treatments will help our clients achieve their desired results and enhance their overall well-being.
Duties (Esthetician):
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including waxing, lash services, brow services and potentially makeup services, if desired.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients and educate them on what's best for them in regards to lash and brow services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in esthetics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
(Makeup Artist):
- Execute proper cleaning and sanitation of your makeup kit
- Travel promptly to on-site glam locations
- Complete 417 Glam Co. makeup training
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of esthetic treatments, products, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, and handling payments
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
