Peptra Wellness is a growing health and wellness company specializing in peptides, supplements, and wellness products. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to work directly with the CEO and learn all aspects of running a growing business.

Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is managing and responding to customer emails while assisting the CEO with day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer emails
- Assist the CEO with email management and daily communications
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and company records
- Assist with order processing and customer follow-up
- Learn company products and wellness programs
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
- Support business operations and process improvement
- Help with marketing and company initiatives when needed
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or entrepreneurship is a plus
Schedule
This is an hourly position.
Most weeks the schedule will be Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs.
Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
Training & Growth Opportunity
Training will be provided. Selected candidates will learn about our products, systems, customer service processes, and business operations.
