Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations, identify customer needs, and present suitable insurance products and services
- Process endorsements to policies, maintain accurate records, and following up on client inquiries
- Communicate complex insurance options clearly and confidently, ensuring clients understand coverage benefits and limitations
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting products through in-person event campaigns, B2B prospecting, and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Adaptability to changing business needs
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
