Job Overview
You will be installing and removing for sale signs for real estate agents in the Columbia Metro. The work is simple, straightforward and requires very little manual labor. It takes roughly 5-10 minutes to complete each order - the primary time spent on the job is driving from location to location and responding to requests from our customer service team.
Everything is handled through an easy-to-use installer application. The actual install takes less than 5 minutes and is very easy to do - the post only weighs about 13 pounds. (see video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIoxfLCp0-k&t=8s)
Responsibilities
- Driver's license and personal vehicle required
- Coordinate with customer service to effectively complete requests in a timely manner
- Conduct property checks for vacant homes
- Manage and keep tidy the brokerage storage unit
- Perform inventory counts as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs of materials and equipment and work outdoors
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check with no violent offenses in the last 5 years
