Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with luggage, parking, and transportation needs to create a positive first impression
- Manage vehicle movement on property, including parking, retrieval, and ensuring proper documentation in line with hotel policies
- Support front desk operations by coordinating guest arrivals and departures efficiently
- Assist with guest requests related to hotel services, amenities, or local information, ensuring prompt resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and guest vehicle zones
- Communicate effectively with guests using phone etiquette and multilingual skills to accommodate diverse clientele
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety during unforeseen incidents or situations
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and handle guest concerns professionally
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base effectively
- Experience working with hospitality reservation systems and front desk technology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating courteous phone etiquette and client communication expertise
