About HealthPro EMS Training
HealthPro EMS Training operates a Basic Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), the Riverside County EMS Agency (REMSA), and the Orange County EMS Agency (OCEMA). We maintain two fully equipped training sites in Riverside and Orange counties, with dedicated classrooms, computers, monitors, and hands-on training equipment. Our team includes a Base Hospital Medical Director, an experienced nursing instructor, paramedics, EMTs, and support staff, all committed to training the next generation of EMS providers.
Position Summary
HealthPro EMS Training is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our EMT training program across our Riverside and Orange County sites. This role is based in Riverside with occasional travel to our Orange site, and works closely with our Program Director, lead instructors, and clinical staff to ensure our program continues to deliver high-quality, regulation-compliant EMS education.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the EMT training program at both the Riverside and Orange training sites.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with BPPE, REMSA, and OCEMA requirements and documentation standards.
- Support scheduling and coordination of instructors, clinical/field placements, and classroom resources.
- Manage student records, course documentation, and reporting for regulatory and accreditation purposes.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, instructors, and clinical partners.
- Assist with program marketing, outreach, and social media presence to support enrollment.
- Collaborate with the Program Director, nursing staff, paramedics, EMTs, and office staff to maintain quality standards.
- Help ensure classrooms, computers, monitors, and training equipment are ready and well maintained.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed, including occasional Saturday program activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Paramedic, Registered Nurse, or EMT in the State of California, or eligible for California licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree in health services, education, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe applications, Adobe Connect, or Canva.
- Experience with marketing and social media marketing.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Primarily based in Riverside, CA, with occasional travel to our Orange, CA training site.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay is commensurate with experience. This is not a benefited position at this time; however, benefits may become available for the right candidate after six months.
