Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and process invoices, calculate vacancy penalties, and provide contract-based documentation.

Record revenues and expenditures in compliance with GAAP.

Reconcile balance sheets, analyze P&L statements, and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and clients.
-
Support month-end close and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

3+ years of professional accounting experience, including GAAP compliance, reconciliations, and journal entries

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills — must be proficient with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting

Highly organized, with proven success in tracking AR, preparing invoices, and maintaining contract-based documentation

Comfortable adapting to new systems and processes; Business Central or Cosmos experience is a plus
