We’re currently seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) - Hospice to join our amazing team.
Details of the Opening:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Salary range: $40+/hr
- Schedule: Part Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (25 hours/week)
- Specialty: Hospice
- Average # of patients/day: 5-7
- Types of Cases: Geriatric
Job Qualifications:
- License in hand for state of NH
- EMR: HCHB - required to have exp
- Years of experience REQ: 1 year min, recent
- Hospice - required to have exp in Hospice
- Certs REQ: BLS
