Senior Project Manager / Project Manager – Curtain Wall & Glazing

We are partnering with one of North America's leading curtain wall, glazing, and building envelope contractors to identify experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for their growing Mid-Atlantic operations.

Their portfolio includes large-scale commercial, institutional, healthcare, mixed-use, and high-rise developments, working alongside many of the industry's most respected general contractors and developers.

Responsibilities
- Manage curtain wall, glazing, and building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and field operations teams
- Monitor project financial performance and ensure profitability objectives are achieved
- Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Support business objectives through strong client relationships and exceptional project execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within curtain wall, glazing, façade, or building envelope construction
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Curtain wall experience
- Glass and glazing experience
- Façade or building envelope experience
- High-rise commercial project experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
