Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, outgoing, and highly organized Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help grow LiliSare’s presence across Colorado — especially the Western Slope and surrounding communities.
This role is the face and voice of LiliSare in the community. You’ll attend provider fairs, build relationships with hospitals and doctor’s offices, coordinate marketing efforts, help manage newsletters and materials, and support fun events for caregivers and partners.
This is a long-term role for someone who loves people, believes in our mission, and wants to grow with a purpose-driven company.

What You’ll DoCommunity Outreach & Relationship Building
- Represent LiliSare and CNA School at provider fairs, community events, and outreach opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctor’s offices, case management agencies, and community partners.
- Help expand LiliSare’s presence, especially on the Western Slope.
- Track outreach efforts and follow up with contacts and partners.
Marketing & Communication
- Help market LiliSare’s services, including CNA services and caregiver support programs.
- Compile and distribute monthly or quarterly newsletter.
- Compile and distribute staff newsletter.
- Help gather stories, updates, and announcements from the team.
- Support basic advertising and outreach campaigns.
- Ensure LiliSare’s messaging stays warm, professional, and mission-focused.
- Create and approve social media posts, google ads, etc.
Materials, Forms & Content Support
- Help create and update marketing materials, outreach handouts, and simple forms
- Keep outreach and marketing materials organized and up to date
- Coordinate materials for events and community outreach
Events & Caregiver Engagement
- Help plan and support caregiver appreciation events and community gatherings
- Assist with logistics, promotion, and follow-up for events
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with leadership and admin teams
- Participate in virtual meetings
- Coordinate efforts across departments for consistent outreach and messaging
Tech Requirements
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Gmail)
- Willing and able to learn new systems and tools
- Organized and reliable with digital files and communication
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and great at follow-through
- Comfortable representing the company in the community
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently
- Marketing, outreach, or community relations experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be able to attend occasional in-person events in Colorado

Pay: $22.00 per hour
