Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or resident needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and used efficiently.
- Follow strict sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or supervising janitorial staff when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching.
- Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management is preferred.
- Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
