Position Summary
Hotel Bourré Bonne is seeking a dependable, friendly, and service-oriented Morning Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The Morning Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences during breakfast service by delivering attentive, efficient, and courteous service to hotel guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Refill beverages, clear tables, and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal.

Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

Set up and maintain the breakfast dining area before service.

Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas remain clean and organized.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure timely service.

Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Food Handler and alcohol service certifications, if required by local regulations.
Schedule

Early morning availability is required.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
