Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise staff across departments, ensuring high performance through coaching, training, and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue management opportunities while controlling costs within budget parameters.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
- Oversee financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure operational profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards such as night audit procedures and multi-line phone system protocols.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, revenue management, and human resources.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution.
