We are seeking experienced Fiber & Cable Contractors to support ongoing residential and commercial builds. Contractors should be skilled in fiber installation, structured cabling, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting. Reliability and professionalism matter as much as technical skill.
Scope of Work
- Fiber drops & routing — Install aerial, underground, and in‑building fiber and low‑voltage cabling
- Splicing & termination — Perform fusion and mechanical splicing with accurate documentation
- Testing & validation — Use OTDR, light meters, and power meters to certify work
- Troubleshooting & repairs — Locate and resolve signal loss, breaks, and service issues
- Site readiness & safety — Maintain safe work zones and follow all local codes and standards
Contractor Requirements
- Truck, Van, or SUV to work out of
- Ability to read maps, prints, and network layouts
- Ability to work outdoors, in attics, crawlspaces, and at heights
- Strong communication and documentation skills
