Overview
Join our team as a Residential HVAC Install Coordinator, where you will lead the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential settings. This role offers an opportunity to oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate installation crews, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
- Manage and direct installation teams, providing guidance on technical procedures and support, and safety protocols
- Review specifications to ensure accurate execution of HVAC systems
- Oversee project scheduling
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
Skills
- Extensive experience with residential HVAC systems installation and safety standards,
- Proficiency in software Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
- Strong knowledge of estimating, project scheduling and cost management
- Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical specifications accurately
- Skilled in managing teams with excellent leadership capabilities
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
