Beginning Salary:
Based on classification and pay plan for Classified employees:
Grade 29 $21.64 hourly
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Ensure the orderly and efficient daily operation of the facility plant. Perform maintenance work orders and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance work. Coordinate maintenance efforts between custodial and administrative personnel and any contractor/vendor related activities. Maintain the plant to provide a safe, secure, and healthful environment for all occupants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Five years combined experience in two or more major facility maintenance trades: electrical, plumbing,
carpentry, HVAC, roofing); journeyman-level experience in at least one trade preferred.
3. Valid Florida Driver License.
