<Responsibilities>
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
- Support bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to maintain seamless service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist with food handling duties such as serving snacks or light bites when needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions accurately, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
<Skills>
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during peak hours without compromising quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
- Experience working in the food industry or retail environment is highly desirable; brewing or catering experience is a plus.
