About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering and Asset Reliability Lead to spearhead our technical maintenance strategy and team development. This is a high-impact leadership position for a professional who thrives on the shop floor, balancing strategic reliability planning with active troubleshooting and equipment optimization.
Responsibilities-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen and DMAIC frameworks to enhance equipment performance across production lines.

Analyze OEE metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven roadmaps for increased machine uptime.

Execute SMED methodologies to minimize changeover times and boost operational efficiency for high-mix production runs.

Design and implement robust preventive maintenance programs to transition the team from reactive repairs to proactive asset management.

Mentor maintenance staff through direct, floor-level collaboration, fostering technical growth and operational excellence.

Oversee spare parts inventory management and optimize storeroom workflows to ensure critical components are readily available.

Identify and evaluate automation opportunities to reduce labor intensity and improve overall product quality.

7+ years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Expertise in industrial mechanics, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission.

Strong electrical proficiency, including 480V systems, motor controls, and PLC troubleshooting.

Proven success in developing and executing long-term maintenance strategies and reliability roadmaps.

Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards, LOTO procedures, and industrial safety compliance.

Proficiency in CMMS software and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.

Experience designing and documenting standard operating procedures and control plans.

Background in controls integration and process automation.

Ability to support configure-to-order workflows and short-run production design.
