Old Rochester Regional School District is currently seeking an English Teacher at our Junior High School for Grade 8. Responsibilities: Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and various community agencies for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes, developing solutions, and planning curriculum. Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. Plan and deliver effective and engaging instruction.
Promote educational equity for all students. Maintain classroom management . Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement. Provide rigorous instruction aligned with the MA Common Core Practices and Standards.
Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the Building Principal.The mission of our school system is to inspire all students to think, to learn and to care.
