Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cut Man / Lead Trim Carpenter. This role focuses on cutting, prepping, and organizing materials to ensure smooth and efficient installation of interior finish work.
If you are detail-oriented, comfortable with power tools, and enjoy working as part of a high-performing crew, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials (trim, casing, baseboards, panels, hardwood, etc.) based on lead carpenter specifications.
- Safely operate power tools such as miter saws, table saws, jigsaws, drills, and sanders.
- Stage and organize materials for efficient workflow on the jobsite.
- Perform basic installation support: holding materials, fastening, leveling, or pre-assembling components.
Skills
- Extensive experience in trim construction
- Experience using basic power tools (miter saw, drill, etc.) required.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16”).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise direction.
