Laundromat Attendant (Afternoon Shift)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers with washers, dryers, and general questions.
- Perform wash, dry, and fold services for drop-off customers, following proper care instructions.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry efficiently while maintaining quality and organization.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the store, including floors, machines, folding tables, and restrooms.
- Keep all machines clean and in working order, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning lint traps.
- Monitor machines and assist customers with any issues or troubleshooting.
- Handle customer transactions and process wash & fold orders as needed.
- Restock supplies such as detergents, bags, and vending items.
- Empty trash, keep the facility organized, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a laundromat, cleaning, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during shifts.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle laundry loads.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
