Title: Director of Administration
Location: Fargo, ND (hybrid — mix of remote + in‑person)
Type: Full‑time
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 starting salary (based on experience) + bonus potential + benefits
About Us:
Hospitality Management & Integration (HMI) manages 5+ restaurants across multiple brands. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, financially savvy Director of Administration who can keep our systems sharp and our numbers clean—so leadership can focus on growth.
What You’ll Do:

Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records with our accounting partner, Continuserv — including a bi-weekly payment run and FTP invoice uploads.

Coordinate bi-weekly payroll and employee onboarding through Workstream and Toast, including timecard verification, deductions, and compliance.

Manage HR records, PTO tracking, benefits administration, garnishments, and HR compliance.

Deliver daily operations report (sales, guest feedback, labor, and COGS) along with monthly and quarterly reporting that drives leadership decision-making.

Support hiring for Store Manager roles, including reviewing applicants and conducting initial phone or video screenings.

Serve as a key point of contact across our restaurant operators and our accounting partner, helping keep financial reporting and administrative processes on track.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of experience in operations, HR, accounting, or administrative leadership. (or equivalent combination)

Strong financial understanding – you know how invoices flow into P&Ls.

High comfort and proficiency with AI & Microsoft Suite. (Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)

Organized, detail-driven and proactive communicator.

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Growth-minded – interested in future leadership and opportunities.

program led directly by leadership, followed by a 90-day onboarding and support
