We are looking for CNC machinists who have experience writing CNC programs and operating CNC machines.
***Please apply only if you have CNC setup/programming experience ( Mazatrol, Gcode, Fanuc)
We are manufacturers of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic cylinder components.
We produce and assemble hydraulic products used across multiple industries, with a focus on quality, precision machining, and on-time delivery.

6:00am - 2:30pm Monday- Friday

This position is best suited for a machinist who is comfortable with CNC setup, making offsets, reading blueprints, and producing high quality parts to tight tolerances in a production environment.
JOB DUTIES: Set up and operate CNC machines to machine a variety of parts
Load and unload materials and tooling
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
Make offsets and program adjustments as needed to maintain part quality
Machine parts to close tolerances and customer specifications
Perform drilling, tapping, turning, milling, deburring, and secondary operations
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
Maintain tooling and monitor machine performance
Complete required production and inspection documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
QUALIFICATIONS:
Blueprint reading and measuring skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Good attendance is a must
*** Experience with Mazak machines (Mazatrol) and G Code programming is a very big plus, as these are the systems used in our shop
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
