Line Cook – Brewpub
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Primarily closing shifts, with some mid shifts after training. Expect 40+ hours per week during summer.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our high-volume, fast-paced kitchen team. This position is key to delivering quality dishes and maintaining smooth operations during busy service periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to spec during high-volume service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient line.
- Work primarily closing shifts, assisting with kitchen shutdown and cleaning.
- Complete prep and assist with mid shifts as needed after training.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience required (high-volume experience preferred).
- Ability to work closing shifts and flexible hours, including weekends.
- Willingness to work 40+ hours per week during peak summer season.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and consistency.
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
