Position Summary: Individual supports retail center activity through assisting customer walk-ins, customer will call orders processing and returns processing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.
- Greet customers entering will call area.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators and cash registers.
- Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming material orders; pick required quantity of material for customer processing or staging.
- Cycle-count all parts bins as needed.
- Stage material in proper location for pick-up/shipment and/or loads on trailer.
- Communicate effectively with others within and outside the work group.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN is a giant plus
High attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills.
Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Years of Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
Experience required in: Customer facing role or warehouse order selecting.

Physical Requirement’s:
- The ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly. 3 to 6 hours per day
- The ability to lift to 80 pounds regularly, 3 to 6 hours per day.
- The ability to squat, bend or stoop on a regular basis. 3 to 6 hours per day
- Move about the warehouse order to retrieve parts 1 to 4 hours per day
