Physical Therapist - Per Diem
Join our compassionate home health team at Arden Healthcare Inc. in Oviedo, FL! We are seeking motivated and caring Physical Therapists to provide quality in-home therapy services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and education in the home
- Communicate with physicians and care team members
- Document progress and update treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Home health experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Schedule:
- Per Diem or part-time with flexible hours
