We're seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager / Team Lead to oversee cleaning crews, maintain quality standards, and support daily operations across multiple job sites.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead for a cleaning company (required)
- Experience in residential, commercial and/or post-construction cleaning management
- Fluent in English (required); Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to travel between job sites in Kansas and Missouri
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer applications
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise cleaning crews
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure company standards are met
- Train and onboard new team members
- Monitor employee performance and attendance
- Communicate with clients and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate schedules, staffing, supplies, and equipment
- Support field operations as needed
