The Role
As a Food Runner, you are the final checkpoint between the kitchen and the guest. You control speed, accuracy, and presentation—three things that define our standard.
You will:
- Deliver dishes with precision, urgency, and confidence
- Ensure every plate meets Adelina’s standards before it hits the table
- Be the communication bridge between chefs and front-of-house
- Anticipate needs and support the team in real time
- Help create a seamless, high-level guest experience
