Qualifications:
Must have a proven track record of at least 8-12 loans a year.
Strong Phone Skills
Strong People Skills
Strong Sales experience
Must have an NMLS mortgage license or be willing to get one.
Responsibilities:
Guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones.
Verify pre-approval checklist.
Advocate and adviser through the day of closing
Master all aspects of the sales process!
Deliver a world-class client experience!
Create raving fans to maximize the lifetime value of our clients!
Focus on new business development every day!
