Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their plumbing, remodeling, or new construction needs.
- Provide expert advice on products and services that best meet customer requirements.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of the plumbing industry and standards is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a retail or home improvement environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of remodeling processes and interior design principles is a plus.
