We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The Project Estimator plays a key role in our operations—responsible for preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supporting our project managers to ensure jobs stay on budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and light commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements
- Communicate with clients to understand project goals and expectations
- Obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals in a clear, professional format
- Track and update costs as projects progress
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure budgets and timelines are met
- Assist in developing scopes of work and contracts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or related field (residential remodeling preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
