- Assess the needs of adult and non-traditional learners, identify and resolve enrollment barriers, and manage high-priority or escalated student cases using sound professional judgment and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate and deliver information sessions, webinars, recruitment events, and yield activities while partnering with Admissions Coordinators on lead transitions, post-event follow-up, application completion, and territory enrollment goals.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of student interactions, appointments, application progress, and status updates in Salesforce and CampusVue while monitoring performance metrics to prioritize outreach and support institutional enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, the Registrar, Academic Advising, and other internal partners to facilitate effective student handoffs, resolve complex or systemic processing issues, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring and onboarding Enrollment Counselors, supporting the development of training materials and best-practice guides, and testing communication templates and outreach strategies to improve team consistency, engagement, and conversion results.
Minimum Qualifications

- A combination of education and/or related technical or professional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
