As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Quality Assurance & Testing (QAT) Specialist who can help establish and mature our testing processes, quality standards, and release readiness procedures.
This is not a traditional QA role where you'll simply execute test cases. We're looking for someone who can help build the foundation of our quality organization.
Position Overview :
The QAT Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance processes across the Fuse platform. This individual will help create testing frameworks, establish quality standards, improve release confidence, and ensure that new features meet functional, usability, and performance expectations before reaching customers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional software experiences.
Responsibilities : Quality Assurance & Testing
- Execute manual testing across web applications and platform workflows
- Create, maintain, and improve test plans and test cases
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Validate feature releases prior to deployment
- Document defects with clear reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting activities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and Leadership teams
Process Development
- Help establish company-wide QA standards and best practices
- Create and maintain testing documentation and testing procedures
- Develop release readiness checklists
- Build testing workflows within GitHub and project management systems
- Assist in defining QA KPIs and quality reporting metrics
- Create repeatable processes for feature validation and regression testing
Quality Operations
- Track defect trends and identify recurring issues
- Participate in sprint planning and release reviews
- Support root cause analysis efforts
- Help improve platform reliability and overall user experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product organization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software quality assurance or software testing experience
- Experience testing SaaS platforms or web applications
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycles
- Experience writing detailed test cases and bug reports
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building QA processes from the ground up
- Experience using GitHub, Jira, ClickUp, Linear, or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience testing CRM, workflow automation, or AI-powered platforms
- Exposure to test automation frameworks
- Understanding of software release management processes
- Experience creating QA dashboards and quality metrics

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
