Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects front front-end to close-out. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in project management and will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery with a strong understanding of the construction market. The Project Manager will also facilitate communication among stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure projects align with organizational goals and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects in the Tri-state area, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and other project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, presenting regular project updates.
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the exterior settings.
- In-depth understanding of budgeting, cost-containment, and customer relationship building.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRMs .
Working Conditions:
- This position will require on-site presence as well as in office working
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
