Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient movement of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with all quality, production, and housekeeping requirements are met. Your expertise will help streamline order fulfillment processes, enhance warehouse operations, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Understand VICAM Comprehensive Safety Policy
- Understand VICAM forklift safety and operation
- Organization & Identification of all finished goods area
- Understand all customer distribution processes
- Complete understanding of staging products for shipping
- Complete understanding of loading outbound product
- Complete understanding of unloading inbound product
- Responsible for all cycle counts
- Responsible for tool crib inventory
- Maintain 3S compliance (housekeeping)
- Inspect incoming & outbound products for compliance to specifications and quality
- Basic communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Must have a goal driven attitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have planning and organization skills
- Basic communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Must be willing to work outside normal scheduled hours
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have the ability to distinguish color demonstrated by Munsell Color evaluation.

Pay: $20.50 per hour
