Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide direct support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Implement care plans tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment for clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
Experience
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with memory care techniques and nursing home protocols is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Knowledge of basic first aid practices is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
