Job Title: Marketing Assistant III (Senior)
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (High possibility of extension and/or FTE conversion)
Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Marketing Assistant to support Digital Wealth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns using Adobe marketing technologies. This role requires strong experience in campaign management, marketing automation, CRM platforms, analytics, and stakeholder coordination within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital marketing strategies for campaigns, including audience targeting, communication channels, sequencing, and timing.
- Define campaign logic, messaging strategy, KPIs, success metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Translate marketing strategies into executable campaign configurations within Adobe platforms.
- Ensure consistency across messaging, channels, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
- Validate campaign dependencies including audiences, business rules, triggers, content availability, and tracking mechanisms.
- Configure and activate campaigns, journeys, audiences, and rules within Adobe platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign deployment and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign readiness and alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality control and compliance with established standards.
- Analyze campaign results and generate actionable performance insights.
- Recommend and implement campaign optimizations and best practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, CRM, or Marketing Automation.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Adobe platform experience.
- Proven experience with:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Marketo (Required)
- Experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, and customer journeys.
- Experience working with marketing, technology, analytics, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in at least two of the following:
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
