Miller Brother Staffing is looking for Production Worker for a manufacturing company based in Duncan, South Carolina!
POSITION: Production Tech
SHIFT: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM [Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM])
PAY: $19 per hour with overtime available
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Accurately pull parts for production areas and accurately stock parts in warehouse locations.
- Shipping/Receiving of outgoing & incoming materials.
- Maintain a clean/organized work area and maintain equipment accordingly.
- Comply with safety requirements and company policies.
- Complete production and quality assurance forms.
- Participate actively in team meetings and group discussions.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities or events as required.
- Adhere to Quality Management System Requirements.
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School Graduate or GED.
- 1+ years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- 2+ years of forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a computer to read and input data.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:
- Employee is required to wear appropriate PPE such as steel toe boots, gloves and safety glasses.
- Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, bend, work underneath equipment, reach above shoulders, and climb.
- Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds unassisted and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
