Capitol City Rehab & Healthcare Center, in beautiful Washington DC is looking for an experienced nursing home Admissions Director who will lead a busy admissions office in achieving effective and efficient departmental operations.
The Admissions Director will:
Process admission inquiries; provide facility tours; interact with external marketing staff and hospital case managers
Track and record internal data for admissions and discharges
Maintain daily and monthly census reports and reporting
Prepare for new admissions and report anticipated admissions
The Admissions Director represents the facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
Oversee a staff that includes admission coordinator and customer service personnel
