Landscaping Team Member (Full-Time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Landscaping Team Member who is reliable, hardworking, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. This role involves a wide range of landscaping and property maintenance tasks, with opportunities to grow into equipment operation and leadership roles.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as a skid steer is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily landscaping and maintenance tasks including:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Mulch installation, plant installation, and landscape construction
- Clean-ups, debris removal, and property detailing
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently:
- Zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.
- Skid steer and other equipment (preferred, not required)
- Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and company equipment
- Communicate respectfully with crew members and supervisors
- Take constructive feedback and continuously improve skills
- Uphold Duncan’s standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
Qualifications & Traits We’re Looking For
Required: THIS POSITION MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN MVR
Required:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Applicants selected for an interview must bring a current Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within the last 30 days. Failure to provide a current MVR at the interview may result in disqualification from the hiring process.
- A Georgia MVR can be obtained online through the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) before your interview.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual labor
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow directions and accept constructive criticism
- Basic understanding of landscaping tasks
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor
- Ability to operate a skid steer or heavy equipment
- Experience with commercial landscaping equipment
- Leadership potential or crew experience

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
