We are hiring immediately for Operator positions at our Orlando facility.
This is a full-time, 40-hour position with a 4-day work schedule:
Monday through Thursday
10 hours per day
40 hours per week
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off

POSITION SUMMARY: We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly responsible Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential in safely producing quality products that meet our customers' specifications. You'll be responsible for trimming materials, accurately recording roll counts, and loading machinery to produce materials. This position can be tedious at times and requires individuals with strength and the ability to work on their feet for 10-hour shifts (with breaks provided). Please note that it can be warm during summer months.
This role involves working in a collaborative team environment with other operators and requires cross-training on various aspects of machine and warehouse operations. We are looking for candidates who have forklift experience and a proven track record of past positions working in a warehouse as a machine operator.
- Three days paid personal time
- $16.50 hourly pay
- Pay is every other week
- Paid vacation time after 90 day orientation period.
