Parts Associate – Motorcycle Dealership

Responsibilities
* Assist customers with parts and accessory purchases
* Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
* Answer incoming phone calls professionally
* Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments
* Special order parts for customers and service department needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department
* Help customers locate the correct parts and accessories
* Work closely with service technicians and dealership staff
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills required
* Ability to learn dealership parts lookup and inventory systems
* Mechanical aptitude or a disposition for understanding dirt bikes and motorcycles is highly preferred
* Motorcycle or powersports experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
* Must be reliable and punctual
* Saturdays are required
* Must have reliable transportation
* Valid driver’s license required
* Must pass a background check

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
