What You’ll Do
- Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for part inspection
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure specs are met
- Analyze inspection data and identify trends
- Perform mechanical gauging and troubleshoot minor CMM issues
- Support quality initiatives, PPAP conversions, and Gauge R&R studies
- Train and mentor team members on CMM techniques
- Drive continuous improvement and address non-conforming materials
Schedule
Tuesday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Some weekend as needed)

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year CMM operation experience
- Experience with mechanical gauging or manufacturing inspection
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with PPAP
- Familiarity with Romer Arm, Faro Arm, or portable CMMs
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and training abilities

Production Environment (Includes professionals who are active on the shop floor):
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls; and to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to walk, stoop, crouch, bend and reach above shoulders. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance, waist high, up to 10 feet away. This job's specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in the typical conditions of a manufacturing environment, including seasonal variations in temperatures and occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes or by-products. The employee must comply with the assigned location PPE requirements, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing, and shields for required tasks, and closed-toed or safety shoes as required by facility safety policies.

Pay: $21.97 - $30.76 per hour
