The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies at our organization. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, creating content for digital and print materials, coordinating events, and analyzing market trends to drive client engagement. The Networking Coordinator will also work closely with our support team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation, while tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize future efforts. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns as well as preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
- Tracks health fair costs by analyzing and entering expenses (registration, booth cost, supplies, etc.)
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing health fair/events data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Keeps business stationary materials ready by coordinating requirements with all departments; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Plan and research potential events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts of past health fairs/events.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Sometimes Travel is required.
