Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound calls to promote products and services, ensuring a positive experience
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate client records using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Assist clients with their questions or concerns via phone, demonstrating excellent call center etiquette and communication skills
- Support sales processes by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing follow-up communications
- Support sales order fulfillment by processing parcel and LTL freight shipments.
- Support new customer credit application process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
- Strong sales acumen combined with excellent customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Experience in customer support or client services within a call center environment preferred
- Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and CRM platforms required
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in customer service scenarios to resolve issues promptly
- Phone etiquette and professional demeanor essential for outbound calling and client interactions
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for efficient data entry and correspondence
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures when applicable

Pay: $26.00 - $31.30 per hour
