Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations at a residential community in the West Chester area. This is an independent role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and keeps the property running smoothly without needing a big crew to lean on.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across the community
- Complete work orders with strong quality and response-time standards
- Perform apartment turns/make-readies including inspections, cleaning, punch lists, and repairs
- Coordinate and oversee outside vendors/contractors for specialized trades and larger projects
- Track inventory, order supplies, and maintain an organized maintenance shop/storage areas
- Support budget awareness through smart purchasing and vendor management
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety practices, and company procedures
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
- Partner with Property Manager to ensure seamless communication and smooth onsite operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and follow through without reminders
- Strong communication skills and good judgement when interacting with residents and vendors
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings/weekends for emergencies
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and reliable transportation
- Must have prior experience supervising at least a 275 unit multifamily property
