We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Castroville, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment helping students reach their communication goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Address communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per IDEA and Texas state guidelines
Position Highlights
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- School-based role at McNair Middle School
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (required)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong candidates will be considered
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
