Travel between clinic locations may be required based on provider and patient scheduling.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits

Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician

Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes

Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
-
Manage post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care

Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
-
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license

Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred

Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties is a plus—but not required

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Compassionate bedside manner with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Comfortable working with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
